Dear sir i'm already requested smart pay on my idea mobile number. Our telecal executive reffer register smart pay. Benefits of annual fee waiver offer. I ready to register smart pay i tell my mobile number. Our executive conformation of annual fee waiver. But still time amount of 500+45+45 charged. I check my smart pay but not registered my idea number. Our executive reason idea number not linked smart pay. But this is not my mistake. It wrong communicate our executive.
