HDFC Bank — request of closing the insurance policy | |||
Sir, i, surinder pal singh s/o amrik singh r/o village shadipur, yamunanagar state the following for your kind consideration and favourable action. I am 55 yrs old unemployee, having no source of income. Last year i got a telephone call from hdfc bank shadipur branch yamunanagar that i can take personal loan and i was in need of money for my broken roof of my house. I approached the bank and was given personal loan. When policy came to me it made me upset as condition and facts were totally different from what i was told. I went to bank and asked them what is this premium of rs 30000. Bank people told me that you have been given hdfc life super income plan, policy no[protected] for which you have to pay rs 30000 up to 8 years, for this even my medical also was arranged by them only. But when i came to know the fact of it, i told them to close the policy and refund the paid amount. Bank told me that you continue the policy for three years then we will close it. Sir i am poor man and unable to pay rs 30000 every year for next three years even, how i can continue the policy for eight years. Sir i request you to close the subject policy and refund me rs 30000 which have been deducted from my account in nov 2017. Now again premium will be due in nov 2018 and i am not in position to pay. Hence i again request your kind honour to help me out by clossing the subject insurance policy which was started by bank without my consent and knowledge Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi, if policyholder have any unresolved issue with respect to your HDFC Life policy. Kindly inform to the customer that write to us at [protected]@hdfclife.com from his / her registered id to have the same look into and addressed. Once the email is sent by customer inform him / her to share the interaction id with us.

Please sir, do something issue is not yet resolved . I am very Tensed right now, HDFC is not paying any attention towards my complaint .. and they are threatening me to take back my complaint, i am very depressed i am not well economically stable and educated . It was a fraudulent policy which they had started own their own with out my reference and even they had taken my medical test by telling lies to me
after your reply i had sent an compliant letter to HDFC LIFE POLICY and they haven't replied for the same
please tell me the procedure to overcome with this situation
