[Resolved] HDFC Bank — rude behavior by employee | |||
Hello, This is to inform about rude behavior by employee of hdfc bank, branch sion koliwada beside pvr. Employee is a receptionist named amruta posature (Surname may have spelling mistake). Her behavior was rude to almost every customer. Worst part is she makes faces to customer as customers of hdfc are illiterate. I as a customer can tolerate banking inconvenience or delay but such disrespectful behavior at reception will let me close my account with hdfc which i will be doing soon. I will let all of my friends and family members to go with other banks as people at hdfc are rude. Worst experience at hdfc at sion koliwada, mumbai branch. Was this information helpful? | |||
