[Resolved] HDFC Bank — rude behavior of telesales representative | |
I recieved a call from [protected] claiming to be a sales representative of HDFC bank. When i refused to communicate, the lady became aggressive and used slang words like 'gadha' and 'pagal' before cutting the call. I am mentally disturbed over the issue and such uncouth behavior should not be condoned. I want strict action to be taken against the individual and communicated to me else i would take recourse to legal action against HDFC for mental harassment. Was this information helpful? | |
