[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Rude talking

Sir I am working in central government ministry of defence department i registered deals4loan website for my loan requirement. Today I have received one call from jabalpur vijaya nagar branch he is very rude and miss talking to me I am very irritated.. he is told mechanical department not eligible for our bank loans ..I don't know why? He is told we are cheated from mechanicals
