[Resolved] HDFC Bank — service request for fastag suspension not attended

I have sold my car hence i want to close my fast tag account for my car I have submitted fast tag suspension request on 20 jan 2020 My service id is 28161 This request is still not attended I have tried calling toll free no but no one is picking it. Please advise when can i get refund of my deposit & balance credit in my account. Please also advise how can i close my account. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . I have received message from "OneAssist" fee has been debited from my credit card number ending with 0579 without my concern on date:23/01/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-
