Verified Support Nov 17, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We understand that you have certain reservation regarding the transaction of Rs. 14, 420 debited to your card on 16/11/2018. We wish to inform you that we have received Authorization request for the above mentioned amount and the same was approved. However, our records indicate that the transaction has not been processed to your credit card account as on date. In absence of the transaction being billed to your card account for 03 days, the authorisation amount blocking the credit limit will be released automatically and the same will be available for your usage.
