I have received a text msg from hdfc saying Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected]xxxxx issued to banayantree services limited with value rs. 100000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch. I haven’t applied for any such thing, when i called phone banking, they did not even listen and disconnected the call. Awful customer service.
