[Resolved] HDFC Bank — swiping penalty | |||||
Dear sir, I purchased a swiping machine for my shop from hdfc bank. After swiping for a complete day, i forgot to give settlement in the machine. The next day after giving settlement, the bank charged me with a penalty. Swiping amount: 15000 Penalty charged: 116 I am not getting clarity from bank as to why they should charge such penalties.
