HDFC Bank — To receive Refund Amount | |||
Dear Sir, Honourable sir, I Make A payment of Rs 26649 On 17/07/2020 approx 10:31 PM To Quickr.com. My Payment Failed And Show Popup message that if amount debited from your account it will be credited within 48 hours. Since 15 days Gone And I also tried to call HDFC customer care but I unable to talk with them because call not connect to customer care. I visited their branch couple of time but they also refuse and make stupid reason that amount will be credited in 2 days or 7 days but they did not register my complaint. After 10 days Date 28/7/2020 A Branch person was Register My Complain By reference of another Bank Branch Employees And Give Me A Complain Acknowledge No - 2189501. and said to me that within 2 days amount credited on your account but since there is no amount credited on my account. I also Contact with quick but they told me we didn't receive any payment.
