[Resolved] HDFC Bank — tone to be used while speaking with customer.
This is with reference to my credit card payment. Which i have paid late with penalty & interest fees.
Meanwhile the credit card collection team had showed the he'll during the calls by using their unacceptable tone... I will accept the calls by using the right tone.
Can any one please help me to listen my voice against the issue of tone used while speaking with customer.
