Dear team, i withdrawled 4000 rs today from hdfc bank atm located at pentagon mall, sidcul haridwar.
I recd 1 note of 2000, 3 notes of 500 and 5 notes of 100, out of which 2000rs note was torn from 1 side.

pls tell me what shoud i do, i need my currency to be changed.

Updated by krish868 TODAY I VISITED HDFC RANIPUR MORE HARIDWAR BRANCH TO SHARE AND RESOLVE MY ISSUE, BUT STAFF CLEARLY DENIED TO COOPERATE.
I SPOKE TO BRANCH MANAGER ALSO BUT HE WAS NOT IN A MOOD TO LISTEN MY PROBLEM.
ONE OF THE STAFF DIRECTED ME TO VISIT OBC BRANCH STATING THAT" YOU SHOULD CONTACT ONLY WHERE YOUR ACCOUNT IS".
I ASKED IF ATM ISSUE WAS OF HDFC WHAT IS THE PURPOSE TO GO OBC.
