[Resolved] HDFC Bank — transaction dispute | |||||
On march 8, 2018, transaction from net banking got failed but money was deducted from bank account . I have raised written transaction dispute on March 9, 2018. I have also logged complaint phone banking for that transaction[protected] . Phone banker told me that complaint has already raised for that transaction. U will get ur money back within 5 working days. Today I again called phone banker to know the status of my complaint they said no complaint has raised for your dispute . After 11 days, they are telling me we will raise complaint for ur transaction. This Bank is not serious about their service moreover their execuetive are just playing games with customer . Government should ban this bank as soon as possible. I believe that very soon we will see HDFC bank in news for internal scam. They are looting customers, This bank dont provide any solution for transaction dispute. They dont show any tesponsibilty towards customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
