There was mis-communication from Mumbai office to local office.call received from no.[protected]., Kept me waiting for 2 hrs in loan dept. not even bothered to say that it would take time I can complete your other work if any, no alternative staff was present to operate locker and staff was making fun of me when I told them that they are in private sector. Manager instead of taking action was advocating for the staff mistake. Was this information helpful? | |||
