[Resolved] HDFC Bank — two time emi deduction on my personal loan no 27514487 | |
Why you deducted my emi 2 time on feb month through ecs. I have already paid through manually. And its technical issue and u made the charges also 784 rs I got a call from collection department regarding to pay the emi manually. Initially it not deducted on monthly basis. After manual payment also i got a message for ecs represent. Why you are giving wrong information to customer to pay through manually again ecs after manual payment. And kindly waveoff my charges.
