[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unapproved payment | |||
On 19/0319 an amount of rs.11119.38 deducted from my credit card no 5523*6883. This transaction was done without informing me also without otp. I clearly tell them i have not done this also my card is with me. I complaint through phone banking. They blocked my card and new card issued also take time to check this transaction. They ask for they will fill this amount temporarily and you have not to pay until we fully work on this, but now hdfc bank has been charging me same and also adding late fees and other charges. Payment was not done by me, i have not received any otp (One time password), any mail regarding this transaction. Now they are adding another charges to mye Was this information helpful? | |||
