[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unauthorised debit from my account and unprofessional behaviour after grievance | |||
I have salary account #[protected] and also a loan#50801710 running with hdfc bank since last around 2 years. Its emi was bounced for 4-5 months from nov 2018 to may 2019 due to some medical emergency at my home (I also informed bank regard this before bouncing) which i made clear in april-may paying whole money with all charges. Now when my salary for sep credited in my account they deduct around 1500 from account saying its for emi bounce charges of april and may month. I had raised grievance for it number[protected] and i received call from one of hdfc personnel named vishal arora from one of branch in bhiwani with number #[protected]. I asked only two question from vishal: 1) i asked if these are bounced in april-may then why you are debitong after 5-6 months in month of october, his answer was very rude that bank can deduct any time. How it is possible? Is bank a monopoly firm so that he can deduct any time. 2) secondly i asked if this amount you are deducting why there is no message at my number. At least i should be informed, but again his answer was very unprofessional and rude said that bank will not come to you to tell these things. You can check your loan statement. As an employee if this is happening then we need to visit bank branch periodically which is not so easy to skip office and go to branch. Its not my problem its problem every middle man who is working in private firm. Bank deduct money then normal man have to visit branch many times without any solution.in last only you are our hope in this case. Please have a look into this on priority and help me to get refund asap and also please have a strict action for people like vishal who if can't help anyone atleast can talk patiently with their customer.
