HDFC Bank — unauthorized charge on my credit card | |||
At the time of applying the credit card i have been told that this card will be lifetime free however, i have checked my statement today and found that there is a charge of rs.590 has been debited for annual fee on which is wrong, i need this amount to be reimbursed, i have been misguided. Please of june 2019, revert the amount or else i will block the card, please do the needful. I have been fooled,, please make a strong decision or else i will go for ombudsman. While I'm booking a train ticket amount is deducted from bank and transaction not successful.rejected from bank. Still amount is not refund. Card num ending 6917. 370 rs amt isn't refund still now

This is the really unprofessional behaviour by the bank for doing transactions. One day before I try to withdraw money from atm money didn’t get system timeout and amount deducted from my account and still money is reverted back. They are it ll take 7 working days to take my money back. I am really disappointed with the service of Hdfc
