[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unauthorized translocation | |||
Hi, This is to inform you that an unauthorized transaction was made from my credit card. On 9th May 19 morning i received a notification that amount of Rs.6200/- was deducted from my credit card. I made a complain immediately after that and your customer executive informed me that on 8th May at 10pm transaction was made from the Computer Software store(merchant). When asked for further, they said they just have this details. I requested to block my account, and was assured to receive a complain number so that i can raise a despute. Waited for the entire day, didn't receive any complain number. So had to call again in the customer care . When asked for the duration to resolve the issue, i was informed that it might take 30-90 days to resolve the issue. You may take all your time, but don't call and ask me to make a payment for the transaction which was not done by me. Here is the complain number [protected].
