Hi hdfc team, i have purchased fastag online on 30th nov and it has been mentioned that in 7 days it will deliver but so far no delivery of physical fastag, kindly update when will it be delivered. Your tag will be dispatched to your mailing address within 15 working days from the date of wallet creation.The delay is due to an exceptional surge in applications received from customers. Hello, the issue here too. Even I sent an email to HDFC Board of Directors, but no response yet. What we need to understand here is, it is new way of their business model, having ₹300 * no of cars in India = Total X into their bank as deposit. So they will use it for their rotation purpose. They’re cheating us through this system. I applied it on Nov 22nd. But not yet received it.
