[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unethical behaviour of customer care person | |
The hdfc bank loan executives are very pathetic illiterate people, they don't no at all how to speak with customers. My consumer durable emi got bounced due to some technical issues at banks end. Yesterday got call from bank/ 3 p agency for the payment today made the payment for the emi amount. The agent lady (Saurayna - i guess) was talking very badly and using disgusting langugage. What kind of third party agencies hdfc bank hires for calling, this is image of bank down. Need explanation and apology for the same. Was this information helpful? | |
