HDFC Bank — unnecessary deduction

My account is debited unnecessarily multiple times without any notification also there is no notification after debit.

They have debited almost[protected] from my account

Hdfc is simply trying to loot the customers

When I tried talking to customer support they told its for insufficient balance maintenance

But according to rbi guidelines, you cannot deduct the balance without notification

Also, my account was a salaried account which is allowed to have zero balance.

Secondly, they are deducting multiple times in a month how do they justify this.I'm withdrawing my account and will close it too if that's the way HDFC works.
