[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unprofessional behaviour of tour executive | |||
Hi. This is to complain regarding of the executive named (Rajendra - m sorry i dnt know which branch etc) who keeps following up with me regarding one partial pending amount of my monthly emi. As per me i had done xompletw payments and since i did not get a sense of how certain amount is pending i had requested for a statement at my work place. So i gave him my work address and he assured to send the statement thru an executive. Firstly, the executive did not arrive on d assured day and this rajendra guy schedules him to deliver d statement on the next day without confirming from me my availabile time at the work place. He tried calling me when he reached but since i was unavailable to take d call he (Rajendra) ended up taking d contact info of my office from internet and spoke to my hr revealing that he wants to speak to me regarding my personal loan payment issue. I donot think that the bank has the right to reveal my financial status to any one. Why did he reveal to my company person that i have some personal loan payment pending? I collected the statement however which did not even arrive in a sealed envelope and was being scrutinised by my company person to whom your executive handed the statement. I warned him not to call at my company number and as when the payment will be made it should reflect in your system. Inspite of this he again called me the next say at my office desk number through my company hr. I donot understand that what is the need to get in touch with me through my office hr. This is an infringement to my work place privacy which is not tolerable. If i am not picking up the call he can contact at the alternate number that the customer provides while registration or account opening with the bank I expect the bank to respect my financial privacy and ensure strict disciplinary action against this person.
