[Resolved] HDFC Bank — very worst service of personal loan department | |||
Dear HDFC team, • For an emergency I have applies for the PL top-up ref by Ms Rajeshwari on 08/03/2019 • She said I will get the loan within 3 working day. That is before Wednesday 13/03/2019 • She asked for documents, I have produced all the documents to the collection person on 08th evening. • I got a verification call from HDFC bank and I have updated all my details • On Friday 15/03/2018, she is updating that my application was already logged in by someone on 07/03/2019 • I don’t know without my knowledge who logged in my application. I asked for the proof but till now there is no reply from her • I asked for an emergency but till now there is no proper response from her, whether I will get the loan or not • If she would have told my PL was not approved I would have applied at another bank. • I felt bad because of her worst service. • I have forwarded the mail to shafi.akbar but there is no reply from him also. • Can someone please reply for my mail.
