[Resolved] HDFC Bank — virtual relationship manager not attending / also credit card | |||
Sir When ever i call the virtual relation ship manager he/she is just not available and there is no call back. Hdfc is losing a lot of business because of this. About two to three months back wanted a housing loan inspite of telling virtual relation ship manager nothing happened. Few days back wanted to convert to emi on purchase of washing machine and glass hob no response. Now i wanted to tell not to dispatch my new credit card as i am not on the address and it should only be dispatched in sept. Again no response. Please do not dispatch my credit card till 31 aug dispatch after 15 sept. What is the point of dedicated virtual manager when issues cannot be resolved. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
