HDFC Bank — vrn already mapped with other tag-fastag

Hello hdfc fastag higher authorities,
My compliant no is sr[protected] raised on 4june 2019 with hdfc fastag support toll free number.
When i called support few days back, they said the fastag id (E[protected]e fa00 0e95 6c1d) was delinked/closed.

So i tried registering my new fastag in myfastag app. Error throws.
"vrn already mapped with other tag"

I called 1033 support. They told the error is because of my previous hdfc fastag still visible and active in nhai portal. 1033 support advised to contact back hdfc fastag support and get it delinked/closed.
I called hdfc fastag support, they still say that old fastag is delinked/closed.
I took 1033 support in to conference with hdfc fastag support. 1033 support says, they still see it as active.
I still get error in myfastag app.
I called hdfc fastag support more 20 times till now. Every time they say the same thing as closed.
My problem is not solved since more than 45 days.
I am escalating here as there is no channel available through hdfc fastag support for higher escalation.

Pl make sure to delink/close my old hdfc-fastag asap with nhai portal.

This is the worst i am experiencing from a reputed firm like hdfc.

You have given the same reply, which was given to me from your toll free support number.
This is height of HDFC's careless ness towards customers grievances. PROBLEM is not SOLVED. You are telling from your end you have closed the Fastag. How do you prove it to me and to 1033 (NHAI support) ?

NHAI's 1033 support still sees HDFC Fastag ID in their portal. As long as the tag is visible in NHAI portal, VRN already registered error continues to throw in MyFastag app, despite your ONE SIDED claims that the tag is closed on your end. That shows a serious Integration/Sync problem between your system and NHAI portal.
Being a customer my problem is still not resolved. It is your responsibility to do the needful with NHAI so that the tag will not be visible in the NHAI portal also, not just at your HDFC end.

status : still UNRESOLVED.
