[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — waived off charges

We would like to inform you that i am utilizing your bank’s credit card for last 3 years. Due to some my health problems actually i have operated a surgery that is why i couldn't payment on time from last 5 to 6 months. I were admit in hospital many time in this duration so please. I wrote a mail before for waive off and i called customer care i told everything. They told me we will waive off your all charges but they waived off only one charge only.
I kindly request you to waive off the late fee, financial charges, all other tax of last 5 months as a good will gesture to a loyal customer of yours.
Incase you are not making waiver off the above charges, then i will surrender the credit card which please note. I am not able to pay that ammount.

Please do the needful.

Dear Customer,

We wish to inform you that, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable were levied to your credit card account. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges. Dear sir,
i want to inform you that i had many called to customer care nobody give me satisfactory revert .They always told me that your card have been suspended we can't give you any information regarding your card .I have already told you  all details in last mail why  i could not payment on time. i did not refuse to pay to outstanding payment. In last mail i requested you that waived of my extra charges if possible please do needful .I want to pay all outstanding payment . I want to humbly request kindly remove my suspension on card so that  i can pay all outstanding payment. i am using card last 3 years and 6 month.Due to health problems i could not  payment. As much as possible please waive off my extra charges so that i could pay all outstaying payment .
