Hello there I received sms from hdfc bank rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Without my confirmation oneassist membership fees rs. 1299 has been added in my card. There is no proper way to close credit card via phone banking. the worst response from phone banker. HDFC is not customer friendly at all. i will neverever use its credit card
