HDFC Bank — wrong amount was deducted but refund not received

Dear hdfc bank,
Please see the attachment so that you can understand my concern.
I have already word with today your agent from my alternative number [protected] and he did not try to talked with with his team leader why don't know??? And day after before also word with executive support but they are not gave any such information, however i've facing lots of issued. What should i do???
Also he saying there are no senior are available, right now, please call back tomorrow. What is this, this is right way to talked with valuable customer???
I'm still having the concern and the solution which we have proposed is not at all best possible solution from your end. Looking for your response on this, please. Help me with some sort of assistance in reducing cost at least as i cannot wait longer. I have been communicating the same thing to you from the day one that the product is not tempered by anyone. It is a product quality issue. I have been even informed that there will be another engineer coming for the inspection but this has still not done.
I'm happy to escalate it. Can you help with the concern team contact details at least? I'm not getting any proper response from your team.. There are so much of ambiguity in conversation. As stated earlier i have never faced any issues with my other phonepe product. You should be understanding my concern and should be helping me instead of sending the same emails all the time. I'm fade up with the same response all time. What is the best possible solution according to phonepe management. Can you please share that in email. Please do not add any unnecessary statements in it as i know you do not value your customer. I just don't want to talk about phonepe anymore.
