[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Wrong commitment | |||||
I have applied for home loan and it is approved too. while taking loan, they guided us very gently and informed that our loan is under floating mode and they promised that Rate of interest vary as per changes in roi. My current ROI is 11.55% which is very big amount, now am requesting them for conversion, they said its not possible for my account as its fixed ROI . They wrongly committed us and now they are not giving proper answer to us. Whenever i call they give me call center no which not connect. plz guide us and help me out.
