[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Wrong depository charges | |
Hello team, My account has been debited with wrong depository charges of 883.57 Rs. I have tried contacting your customer care and they just transfer my call to the de mat desk and no one picks up. In this time of covid when we are suffering with financial crises you guys are charging wrong charges on my account. This has happend several times when my HDFC salary account gets debited with many wrong charges which I have never pointed out earlier but right now I would like you to refund these 884 Rs, as I have never ever traded or involved in shares with HDFC bank you can go and have a look . You guys have on your own gave me a demat account and now you guys have started charging for it . I was never involved in any share trading with you guys. Being a regular customer of your bank, I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with your customer care . Please refund these charges on high priority. Aug 7, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved No step has been taken till date.
They don't reply to my mails and even they don't pickup my calls.
I have still not got any refund for the amount which was wrongly debited as depository charges. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
