HDFC Bank — Wrongfully denied credit card application.

I had a credit card in the past and I defaulted on it, recently I've paid the balance in full and closed my account. I can see that my account shows closed on and other credit union institutes.

Now my credit score is 764, I've applied for an HFDC credit card and it got declined, I've cleared my dues, receive NoC from HDFC bank and I don't know why I still cannot get a card. I request HDFC bank to please review my application again as the account in question mentioned below is "CLOSED"

I've also attached the payment proof and NOC received towards my Credit card,

Hence, we regret to inform you that we would be unable to process your current application for issuance of a credit card at this stage.

Note that all credit card benefits/facilities including third party products as opted by you in the application will not be processed due to non-approval of your credit card application.
