[Resolved] HDFC Bank — yet to receive the physical fastag | |||
Refer fastag application ref. No. : hfr01313280 I have received the customer id and wallet id via email, but i am yet to receive the physical copy of my fastag. I was promised delivery by 13th jan latest by the customer care executive. Also i don't have any idea on how to track my application status, nor do i have anything with which i'd know the location/po up to where my package has reached or if it is dispatched at all. I am a frequent toll gate user and unavailability of a fastag makes things really difficult for me. Kindly help me. Was this information helpful? | |||

Received professional assistance from the concerned team.
Though I have one suggestion for the HDFC FasTag team to follow on : Kindly make a more responsive and user friendly dashboard. After submitting a request for the Tag, a user has literally no access whatsoever to the status of the request. And the helpline number seldom works. And when it works, the executive at the other end speaks only in Hindi. This has be more professional from a bank like HDFC. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Your tag will be dispatched to your mailing address within 15 working days. The delay is due to an exceptional surge in applications received from customers.
