[Resolved] HDFC Bank Credit Card — hdfc credit card amount not settled even after settlement letter issued

Dear sir/ madam,

Greetings.

With due respect, would like to inform your kind office that my credit card issued way back in 2012, settled, is still reflecting an amount of 4920 as due till date.

Kindly note that the settlement amount has been cleared in 2012 and this mar'17, i received a call stating that there is a due of 4917/- and on sending my documnets they said the issue will be closed.

But to my disappointment, i get to know that the matter is not yet resolevd.

Please find the letter attached and request your help.
