[Resolved] HDFC Bank Credit Card — poor customer service and hidden charges | |
I recently received a new credit card from hdfc. They activated a insurance plan without my written application and charged me through credit card. I asked for a cancellation of the same since i did not dually sign any form to activate it. The phone banking officer said that i need not have to pay the due for this as this will be cancelled. Few days later, i could see that they have charged me for not paying the due and also the insurance amount was not refunded fully. When i contact their customer service, they don't respond properly and they speak harshly. Worst bank in my experience is hdfc!!! Was this information helpful? | |
