HDFC Bank Credit Cards — Credit card misuse for online transactions | |||||
I had a call from a woman claiming to be HDFC credit card office, ([protected]). She claimed that she will redeem my reward points against my credit cards. She already had my full 16 digit credit card number, and asked for the expiration date and CVV. After a long argument, I revealed the details. She misused my card for the payment of Rs. 2500/- twice to pay online shopping with oxygen wallet and vodafone payment through mpesia. Please try to find the culprits.
