[Resolved] HDFC Bank Ergo General Insurance — admission problem

I am a insurance holder nd yesterday i. E 21st sept i was in remedy hospital located kolkata west bengal which one is listed hospital as per ergo list.. But at that moment they denied to take my admission under ergo mediclaim.. Then what is the meaning of this insurance?? Kindly let me know..
