Iam vinay kumar

a customer care executive from HDFC ergo called me n told about hdfc ergo health insurance,
I told I am not interested, he told abt the policy.

But later I came to know its getting deducted from my credit card not from debit card. I called [protected], no one is picking up the call and even dropped mail as well. but no use it seems. My policy number is Card Suraksha[protected], 52291696

even if it is cancelled should i pay the amount? will it be refundable?
or will they charge for cancellation? I do not want this policy anymore.

Plz cancel my Policy n refund my money to my credit card
