Hdfc Ergo General Insurance — complaint against health insurance company

I have health insurance policy from hdfc ergo and they are not providing me the pre-authorize cashless facility. Also they are not telling the reason for rejection behind not giving the cashless facility.
They are telling me to take treatment on your own and they will reimburse afterwards.
So please look into my matter.
