Full detailed description
I was accompanying my friend tushar sonawane, who was driving my car.
Met with an accident on 30th october 2019 @ on kalyan shil-phata road around 11.45 pm night.
Was about to take a left turn on kalyan-shil phata road, suddenly a bike without headlight came and to save the dash crash, took a stiff extreme left turn in fear and hit a pole without light. Road was uneven and many stones were lying nearby pole. The front and back and exclusively the left side of the car got more damaged.
Since it was dark night and rural side area, people around started shouting and those aagri people wanted to hit us, so somehow we managed to start our car and escaped from the spot.

We reached chembur home and next day on 31.10.2019 informed spectra motors chembur, who arranged to pick up my car for insurance claim repair.

To avoid the claim payment, right from the beginning hdfc ergo survey officer started till the insurance claim in charge - pooja pandya (Mobile[protected] / pooja. [protected]@hdfcergo.com) has done cross questioning and unnecessarily doubting.
I have already provided all the required details (Attached herewith)
I have been continuously following up with claim in charge pooja, who has been postponing and procrastinating every time.
Later hdfc ergo appointed investigator bright & co. Has continually harrased me over phone and finally asked me to come at ccd at andheri.
Investigator bright & co - mr singh was asking me and my friend tushar to give our personal mobile phones to him and when we refrained, he was angry on us and accordingly we also lost our cool. Then he started showing his injury mark on his stomach (Which can be checked on his stomach at your end) and started threatening us. He was flaunting his fortuner vehicle and telling me and my friend that he has a turnover of 700 cr every year and he is very rich and highly influential person. He ordered me to take my car out of spectra service centre and get it done from out side local garage in 15000/-.
As it was getting delayed and i was without my car for almost a month due to all the harassment and torture i finally decided to give self approval to spectra service center to get our car repaired. Accordingly received my repaired car delivered on 28.11.2019
Hence i'm very disappointed and got very bad experience from hdfc ergo team
