HDFC Bank Ergo General Insurance — pre numbered final bill

I have health claim in hdfc ergo general insurance. Details below-

Patient name : rashmi kumari
Hdfc ergo id : ec[protected]-02u
Ccn no : rr-hs[protected]
Hospital name : r. S polyclinic and diagnostic centre
Hospitalization period : from 12/08/2018 to 14/08/2018

They are asking for pre numbered final bill and rejecting the breakup bill which was provided by the hospital on letter head with sign and stamp.

When i talked with hospital then they told us that we do no not have any other formats.

Later i also send a declaration letter in which i mention to consider breakup bill on hospital letter was provided that should be considered as final bill.

I do not know why they are harassing because everything has been weitten on letterhead with proper sign and stamp.

Kindly help.
