Dear Sir Mai Chhotelal Azad patel apni wife Arti kumari ke liye HDFC ERGO General insurance company limited se ek health insurance liya hu jiska Policy no-[protected] hai aur meri wife on Dated-01/10/2015 ko tabiyat kharab hone ke karan Lotus hospital jhunsi me admit karna pada jiska intimation maine turant HDFC ERGO company ko kar diya tha aur meri wife hospital me 05/10/2015 tak admit rahi aur bad me discharge hone ke bad maine claim kiya jiska mera CCN No-RR-HS[protected] hai uske bad HDFC ERGO ko jo bhi document chahiye mai sabhi document submit kar dene ke bad Date-07/01/2016(Approx 3 months ke bad) ko mujako letter issue karke by mail inform kiye k aapka claim cancel kar diye hai jiska payment apko nahi milega aur jab mai HDFC ERGO ke customer department me call karke puchha ki aapne mera claim cancel kyo kar diye to unka ye answer hai ki Aap admit huye ye sach hai lekin Apko Hospital ne Dhoka diya hai aapko doctor ne apna paisa banane ke liye five days admit rakha tha aisa hamko laga hai isliye HDFC ERGO apke claim ko cancel kar diya hai jiska claim apko nahi milega aisa HDFC ERGO ka statement hai lekin mera kahna ye hai ki isme sir meri kya galati hai. I totally agree with you this insurance company is worst when comes to settle claims. Some employees ask for money to settle such claims.
I have taken the policy for last 5 years but they did the same to me
My friends also had similar experience
So we all have decided to take ICICI Lombard policy

Aaj customer care ka phone aya tha mera claim cancel hi hai usko approve nahi karegi HDFC ERGO aisa bataya lekin muje kehna hai ki agar document galat hai to inka skilled staff yaha aye mai uske sath doctor ki mitting kar bata hu aur ye muje face to face sabit kare ki document galat kaise hai lekin ye kisi ko bhej nahi rahe hai aur gurgaon and chennai office se hi mere document ko galat bata rahe hai jab ki jab patient admit huyi this tab hi company ko intimate mai kar diya tha ki aap ake enquiry kar lijiye bad me problem nahi karne ka lekin us time bhi nahi aye to usme inki galati hai meri nahi to bhi mera claim cancel kiya ja raha hai agar mai galat bol raha hU to pl HDFC ETGO aap apna record check kijiye ki mai intimate kiya tha ki nahi meri
