[Resolved] HDFC Bank Ergo General Insurance — renewal of policy not done | |||
I had a hdfcergo car insurance policy no. [protected] whuch was due to expire on 4th nov, 2017. Hdfcergo had called me on 2nd nov for renewal and i had agreed to renew the policy online for which i made a payment of rs 16882/- on 2nd nov through a payzapp link provided by them. The payzapp transaction id is[protected]. I am calling their customer care from past 6 days but they are not renewing my policy. My complaint no. Is 20160398. Some days ago call me who name Rohit agarwal he such a liar criminal mind he convinced me for a personal loan rupee 5 lac, n told me u get loan just 20 or 22 day n I'm excited for that, n I'm going to drawn that . So what can I do now please reply me ????
