[Resolved] HDFC Bank Fastag — fastag application could not be tracked | |
I have applied for hdfc fastag on 30/11/2019. There has been lack of communication. My application number is: hfr804866. I have deposited 500 rs as fastag fee. Unfortunately there is no active communication channel to reach out for application status. Toll free number given[protected] seems not working. Even after being dialed for 5 minutes no response. I was promised to get the notification in pdf file on mail but i haven't received any mail or message yet. I doubt is this a fraud as the number mentioned is also now switched off. I have been hdfc customer since last 15 years, getting such a response from hdfc is really unacceptable. I do not expect something like this from hdfc.
