HDFC Bank Fastag — not received the fastag

I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

Highly disappointed. What a service HDFC is providing and what actually govt is doing. It's been more than 15 days I applied for my fastag cust I'd and wallet id generated but what shall I do with that. Fast tag not reached at my address. This is ridiculous.
HDFC don't have valid customer care.
Thier so given contact no. Is not reachable and we can't even contact them. It really sucks.
Give our money back we don't want this.
Poor show HDFC. You people sucks.

I think this is a scam from HDFC. I have made the payment of Rs 1000 for 2 cars (Ref. No HFR963514) 3 days back and still don't have any email and the toll free number[protected] is eternally busy. I have no idea on how to reach these guys

I just trusted the HDFC brand and went ahead with payment - this is seriously turning out to be a scam in the making !!
Same issue ..No fast tag yet..what the ssue no trace no track HDFC bank says they do not know anything..what next
Facing 3 same problem, cannot connect anyone regarding this issue, dont know how long we should wait to get fastag or how to raise the complaint, invalid email id, and fake numbers, worst experience from hdfc bank
Applied on 01 Dec, application HRF857514, amount and received message as customer and Wallet ID created but not yet received. No response from customer server and Relationship manager. Now a days HDFS services are very very worst in customer support. If you are not able prompt in your service don't initiate/start services.

I have also applied for fastag on Dec 6th and they say it will be delivered by 14 working days. But there is no place to track this. Other vendors like Airtel has the facility to track the order.

Same issue... I applied for HDFC fastag by 30-November through online. I received a mail stated Tag issued successfully by 05-December 2019. But, still I didn't receive my Fastag physical kit.

I also faced the same thing, got the below confirmation message, but neither i received mail or any message. Though all the charges are deducted from my account.

Who is going to take responsibility ?

Is this happening from HDFC only?
Even i am facing the same problem, I not sure . why HDFC spoil his reputation by engaging this kind of service.
I enrolled my Fastag in online the reason behind is, because of HDFC providing the service and i believed it.

Now i completely loose my hope with HDFC. Here i could see same complaints from almost all us and i wonder HDFC customer care not even bother about this and its shows how they treat customer's. although its Government Gateway problem, hdfc could have publish there regrets to customers, like how they contact customers for personal loan/credit card.

Same issue with me as well, HDFC created the user id and wallet is and took the money as well but the sticker has not yet arrived, HDFC doesn't even have any contact number or email to enquire about this.
Don't know when will I receive the sticker.

Anyone please provide the contact details for a follow-up.

Hi all, I applied Hdfc Fastag on Dec 06, 2019 and received today my Fastag sticker from Hdfc. Please wait for 15 working days. I was also not able to contact customer service. Only option is we have to wait. If you are lucky you will receive with in a week.
I am also facing the same issue. I have received the message saying that the fastag account is created with the wallet id and all on Dec 12th. Money is deducted from my account and I am able to access the Fastag account as well, but the physical sticker/device has not been received. This is seriously pathetic from HDFC. Worst customer service also. I have been trying to reach their number[protected] but it is always busy.

Can someone please let me know how I can get an update on this? Any email id or any other numbers?

I kept trying customer care ([protected]) and it worked one day (post 3 days).
If you give your reference no they will be providing you, courier tracking no which I verified and it's dispatched.

Overall it took me around 2 weeks plus
Customer service is bad anyway.
Likewise. I have a cust ID and a wallet ID and money in the wallet. However, I have not received the physical Fastag since last year August 2019.
I called the customer service number for HDFC and the agent gave me the email address to send my query. I have since sent email and follow up emails numerous times, but, no response.
