[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Finance charges late fees | |||
Dear sir/madam My credit card no. Is [protected]. I received statement on 5.3.17. There is some fiancé charge rs.3766.92/- & late fees rs. 700/- include. I don’t understand why? I’ve deposited the cheque on 22.2.17 & it is clear on 24.2.17 pls. Find the attached screen shot of sms which my bank send to me & deposit slip, but in the statement it’s showing 28.2.17. Should i pay for holidays during the period? Check my payment history only one time i had pay finance charge two three months earlier, i don’t have any issue cos i know there was my mistake. But this time it is no acceptable. As you know, i’m your sincere customer; i request you pls. Reverse above charges.
