[Resolved] HDFC Bank — branch employee refuses to accept surrender request

Want to surrender policy but branch employee refuses to accept request and told me to call toll free number who asked me to contact online staff. I chat with live support and they told me to contact the branch.

This is public harassment. I submitted a request on twitter but they came back empty with no real solution. Told me to visit branch!!

Sir,
On 19/3/18, i have submitted my all required document at Kharagpur office for cancel my policy (policy no[protected] & policy no-150100/11175/AH[protected] for some my personal reason.

Today is 12th April, but till now your company don't reimburse my amount.
Please look in this matter.

Hi, please note that the aforesaid policy is cancelled by us under freelook in cancellation option and further, the refund is also processed via NEFT on April 14, 2018.
