My hdfc sl classicAssure Insurance policy no.[protected] is lapsed due to only one premium paid on 13th Feb 2013.Now I received call today to pay two premiums on the name of PNB metlife to get Rs.161988 refund.My premium amount was Rs. 20479. Can hdfc make refund? Hdfc executive call me by her mobile.Is this real or fraud? What happens next when policy lapsed & how can it renew?
