HDFC Bank — cancellation of licence from irda portal

Dear sir /madam
My name is kavitha r salim. I have joined in hdfc life insurance as an agent in 2010.in 2012 i have resigned from there and joined exide life insurance co ltd. At that time i submitted the resignation letter to hdfc and i got cessation certificate from hdfc on 22/07/2016. But still pan number looked up irda portal. Kindly do the needful to cancell the licence from irda portal at the earliest
