[Resolved] HDFC Bank — complaint about my fund value | |||
My name is andamma jacob. Policy number 16206520. I have been paying 99, 999.00 for the past 4 years. When i came into the hdfc life office with my next payment of 99, 999.00. I i was informed that after paying 4lakhs these past 4 years my fund value is 228, 802.91 therefore i did not pay my next premium which is 99, 999.00 this is when i came to know that i have a mortality rate of 5000 being deducted every month. I have done a medical check prior to opening the fund. However i was never notified by the agent that i was going to loose 5000 each month and that due to my age my fund will not grow.
